I'm not a fan of it, but to each their own.
I do like the fact that a.net keeps picking unexpected/some-what obscure monsters for these tonics though, rather then going for the OMGZ glowing super monster tonics that so many people keep suggesting. Its a nice way to showcase some of a.net's artwork and design by allowing you to examine these monsters more closely. Also, this is a good sign about the update occuring, as they usually only annouce the tonic relatively soon before the actual update.
